I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were small but very nice and cozy, offering incredibly comfortable beds and pillows. The central location was a big plus, although some noise and smell issues in the toilet were noticeable. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, making my experience truly enjoyable. However, I wish they had shown us the alternative storage options as promised.

Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were very comfortable, especially considering they were slightly smaller, but the stunning view of the hills and historic buildings of Heidelberg made up for it. The service was exceptional with extremely helpful and accommodating staff, although we were not shown alternative under cover storage options when needed. The location was perfect, being close to Heidelberg yet situated in a nice, quiet area with a lovely view. The dining experience was satisfactory, offering tasty options for breakfast. The facilities were convenient and met our needs effectively.
